Everything was brand-new, the apartment is goat! We stayed for 2 night and we enjoyed our stay. Lovely bed & hypoallergenic pillows. The staff was polite and pleasant.

I enjoyed it, location and staff were very good! Check-in was easy. Set in a good area really close to Hampton Court Palace, central London and pubs. Could easily travel around the city, as Winters Bridge bus stop was right next to the venue.
The bathroom was a little small, it upset me a little.

place was fairly clean, with unbeatable location. staff was exceptional and i appreciated that. the service was exceptional, great job. bedroom was large, with soft bed. moreover, shops and convenience stores were close to the apartment.

Brilliant location, well-equipped rooms, perfect. The service was FANTASTIC, supportive staff and early check-in. Clean, decent value for money, very comfy bed. Good size and stylish bathroom with everything we needed. Pool was good. It was walking distance to local beach.

Totally really comfortable experience, I recommend this apartment. It has a peaceful location; adjacent to pubs, convenience stores and the park. It is right by Christys Fish Shop, I ordered food to go there.
